Martin County Judge Steven Levin is the VERY WORST of the WORST human beings in the world.

Martin County Judge Steven J. Levin
to be the all-time undisputed:
"KING OF BULLSHIT MOUNTAIN"
(The Judge who tells lie after lie after lie to Florida's Department of Children & Families).

Martin County Judge Steven J. Levin said in a sworn affidavit in January '23 that he suspected self‑neglect by his cousin David Todd Colen's mother but did Judge Levin immediately call the Florida Department of Children And Families pursuant to Florida Statute 415.1034? No he did not. That's a violation of Florida law by Judge Levin! When is Martin County Judge Steven J. Levin going to turn himself in to the Martin County Sheriff? Judge Levin says he is a law-abiding person. This is very disappointing and I believe Martin County voters should know about Judge Levin's conduct before they cast their votes for judge in the circuit court next November.



Martin County Judge Steven J. Levin said in a sworn deposition in January '23 that he always calls Florida's Department of Children And Families pursuant to Florida Statute 415.1034 if he knows about or suspects abuse or neglect. But there is credible evidence in the record of a civil lawsuit recently filed against Judge Levin to the contrary. Levin did not call DCF after his old friend, Crane Creek (Palm City) neighbor, and judicial appointment application reference Steven Ziskinder drunkenly flipped his SUV on Martin Downs Boulevard with a young child aboard. That's a violation of Florida law by Judge Levin. When is Martin County judge Steven J. Levin going to turn himself in to the Martin County Sheriff? Tick, tick, tick! Judge Levin says he is a law-abiding person. This is very disappointing and I believe Martin County voters should know about Judge Levin's conduct before they cast their votes for judge in the circuit court next November.




Now, the first two paragraphs above were written by me based on information I pulled from public records. These next alarming details about Judge Levin are based on information I deemed to be credible from an interview with David Todd Colen who has known Judge Levin for 40+ years. Here it is: Judge Levin further violated Florida Statute 415.1034 by failing to report his wife Lori Levin or any of her family to DCF for neglecting her grandmother Ruth Feinstein at her Sunrise Lakes condo long enough for Ms. Feinstein to drunkenly attempt lighting a cigarette with her kitchen stove thereby resulting in burns to her body. Judge Levin also failed to report Sandy Berger and Nelson Berger to DCF after they neglected their retarded son Errol Berger who then allegedly groped a young woman. Instead of calling DCF to report the Bergers, Judge Levin called defense attorney Steven Ziskinder to help Errol. It's never too late for Martin County Judge Steven J. Levin to turn himself in for these two violations of Florida law. I sure hope Judge Levin sets a good example for the community he said on his judicial appointment application that he so desperately wanted to serve by owning up to these violations.



Here is something else that Martin County voters should know before they vote for circuit court judge next time. Judge Levin admitted to making 4 false statements about his cousin David Todd Colen to the DCF and he got his butt sued. So what does Judge Levin do for a defense lawyer? Does he hire Mr. Ziskinder the way he "hired" Mr. Ziskinder to bail out his brother-in-law Errol Berger? No, he doesn't. Judge Levin relies on us the taxpayers for a lawyer who works in the Attorney General's office. All of this over a family fight that had nothing to do with his work as a circuit court judge. My question and the question I think everyone should demand of Judge Levin is when is he going to reimburse us? I don't get a free lawyer when I want to sue someone or when I get sued. Why is Judge Levin special?

Here is something else that Martin County voters should know before they vote for judge in the circuit court. Judge Levin tried to get a dismissal of his cousin's lawsuit because he is a judge. "It ain't illegal when I do it!" Where have we heard that before? This is totally forbidden by the rules for judges that say they can't use their position of prominence for personal gain. Yet Judge Levin did it. This is very disappointing and I think voters should know that Judge Levin tried to abuse his position of trust and authority by going with a "judicial immunity" defense in a fight with a family member.

Now, two more things I would like voters to know about Judge Levin.

Number #1. I think he might be losing his faculties because he wrote in a court motion that he is a regular caller to DCF for the last 2 decades but he did not know his name would be made available to his cousin when he made his false statements. That's just bizarre. And pretty cowardly if you don't mind my honesty.

Number #2. I find it odd that Judge Levin would think that putting a qualifier like "I am not sure if" in front of a false statement creates a legal privilege. Judge Levin said he wasn't sure if his cousin was stealing money (and when asked for the basis for that suspicion Judge Levin had nothing) so here is a lesson for everyone reading this (let me know if this makes any sense to you that these imaginery statements are not protected speech because of the "I am not sure" preface):

**** I am not sure if Judge Levin's attorney Robert Gregg is stealing his mother Marjorie Elise Gregg's money ....

**** I am not sure if Judge Levin's attorney's wife Andrea Gregg is stealing her mother-in-law Marjorie Elise Gregg's money ....

I am not sure if Judge Steven J. Levin is stealing his mother Helen Mamber Levin's money .......

I am not sure if Judge Steven J. Levin is stealing Steven Ziskinder's money ........

I am not sure if Judge Steven J. Levin is stealing his cousin Barry Pitegoff's money .....

You would think all of these people would have big, big bucks. Judge Levin's mother Helen Mamber Levin was married to a scrap metal tycoon in North Carolina while Steven Ziskinder is a prominent defense attorney while Barry Pitegoff is (or was) a vice president at Visit Florida yet all three have had well-documented money trouble. Steven Ziskinder filed for bankruptcy, Helen Mamber Levin, got sued over a $50,000 AMEX credit card bill, and Barry Pitegoff filed for bankruptcy twice. Meanwhile, Levin lives in a cushy home on Forest Hills Court in Palm City, he drives a shiny silver Lexus and he sent his three children Amanda Levin, Michael Levin, and Matthew Levin to expensive out-of-state schools (Towson, Uconn, and Syracuse).

I was reading thru the pleadings in the lawsuit filed against Judge Levin and I think it's appalling!!! Calling DCF to say someone has a record because the clerk of courts has a piece of paper with someone's name on it even tho a crime never was committed? So am I supposed to call DCF to say that Judge Levin's daughter Amanda Sara Levin (DOB: 6-27-94) has a record because of this "record" on file with the Broward clerk? Or this one? Judge Levin is nuts!! Amanda Levin doesn't "have a record" because of this filing!! Or this filing!!

**** BONUS **** Here is one more public lie Judge Steven J. Levin told recently!! In a court filing, Judge Steven J. Levin said that the person who is drunk and sticking up his middle finger in the photo below is not him!! What a liar!!!!!!! How is this person actually a judge??? Judge Steven J. Levin is fundamentally unfit to serve Martin County and a dangerous whacko, if you ask me. Anyone else would be in jail right now for making false statements to DCF that they admitted they did not believe to be true PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES 415.111 -- BUT NOT JUDGE LEVIN. HE GETS SPECIAL TREATMENT!!!! LET'S LOCK UP JUDGE LEVIN TO SHOW THAT "EQUAL JUSTICE" STILL EXISTS IN AMERICA!!!

If you are still not sure whether Judge Steven J. Levin is fit to serve the Martin County taxpayers I urge you to look at the crazy, nuts, bizarre, unhinged, reckless, cuckoo, insane things Judge Levin did and said in the court papers ..... Judge Levin made statements to DCF he did not believe to be true; ....... Judge Levin says he blindly passed along statements to DCF just because some broke-ass cousin of his ((Barry Pitegoff)) told them to him with NO VERIFICATION ON JUDGE LEVIN'S PART + NO PROOF OF THEIR TRUTHFULNESS FROM BARRY PITEGOFF OR JUDGE LEVIN'S WIFE LORI LEVIN; .... Judge Levin said he can't be held responsible for damages in a civil lawsuit filed by a family member because he is a judge; .... Judge Levin was represented for free by the FLA AG's OFFICE in his family fight instead of hiring his own lawyer; .... Judge Levin refused to contact DCF to walk back his BS statements even after being sued and even after a COURT ORDER said the statements Judge Levin made were 1,000,000,000,000 percent FALSE; ..... AND ON + ON + ON. Judge Levin is one sick extremely morally compromised person who thinks hurting people with false statements is just part of some big game, IMHO. GET JUDGE LEVIN OFF THE BENCH TODAY, GOV. DESANTIS!!!!!!!!!!! IF I RAN THE WORLD I WOULD ORDER AN IMMEDIATE PYSCH EVALUATION OF JUDGE LEVIN -- THIS MANIAC TOTALLY HAS SOME SCREWS LOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe any of these things are true and I have not seen any evidence that they are true and I don't even suspect that they are true, but I'm gonna tell you them anyway.
